Soleus muscle weakness fibre analysis in CP Version 1.0 2019/01/30

Naming of subjects: CP01,CP02, .. subjects with CP; TD01, TD02, ... typically developing subjects
Subjects are ordered age- and gender matched

After having created source images (.src, STEP1) with DT imaging data,
fibre reconstruction is done with the soleus masks (STEP2). Choose DTI as reconstruction method.

When tracking fibres (STEP3), fibre vector files (.mat) are exported.
