The \"OSIM\" file here is only playable in the (free, open sourcE) Opensim software from Stanford University-- https://simtk.org/home/opensim However, any XML file reader can read it. The \"MOT\" files for walk/run contain kinematic data read into Opensim as per the Methods section of the paper, for representative walk/run trials from an ostrich subject. These can be read by normal text file readers. The \"geometry\" folder contains VTP files which are 3D graphics (bones etc.) read in Opensim software.
