Release Notes

This release inaugurates the first official release of the code for the Kullback-Leibler Divergence / Jensen-Shannon Divergence Expansion. See http://www.jacobsonlab.org/mutinf_manual/ for more information on MutInf and K-L/J-S Div and how to process your MD trajectories to obtain the data.
