CONTENTS OF RELEASE

OpenMM Preview Release 2 contains source code for:

1.  A Reference Platform:  This serves as reference code for writing 
other platforms.
  
2.  The CUDA Platform:  This platform is implemented using the CUDA 
language and performs calculations on NVIDIA GPUs.

3.  The Brook Platform:  This platform is implemented using the Brook 
language and performs calculations on ATI GPUs.  

This release also contains precompiled libraries for Mac, Windows, 
and Linux.


MOLECULAR DYNAMICS CALCULATIONS 
-------------------------------

This release performs full protein Hamiltonian calculations without 
any cutoffs and supports implicit solvent models (Onufriev, Bashford, 
Case GB), with explicit solvent models to be incorporated into the 
next release.
