I work closely with the Hospital of Brest, France (Department of Orthopedics Surgery and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. My current research interests include motion analysis and 3D modeling of musculoskeletal systems with a focus between anatomical and kinematic data. This morpho-functional approach implies methodological aspects such as 3D data registration, segmentation, statistical shapes modeling and biomechanics. In the team, we use OpenSIM for pediatric shoulder applications.
