I’m primarily interested in how complex systems of muscles are coordinated to produce movement, specifically locomotion. I come from a comparative biomechanics background. Ultimately, I intend to combine musculoskeletal modeling and simulations with in-vivo measurement techniques and a comparative approach to better understand muscle function.
