Interests
She has broad interests in the field of computational biomechanics, focusing on the in-vivo and in-silico studies of human locomotion, anatomy, and musculoskeletal system, in order to improve the understanding of mechanical functions underlying musculoskeletal injury and disease. Her most recent research combines medical imaging with computational modelling to study the lower limb amputee biomechanics in order to design personalised mitigation strategies in rehabilitation, surgical interventions and prosthesis.
