Interests

I am a Mathematics Lecturer at the University of Bath. I am also a Medical Research Council Fellow and Academy of Medical Sciences Springboard Award Holder. My research involves modelling infectious diseases using a variety of techniques including differential equations, individual-based modelling and networking modelling. My main focus is on infection spread within-host and treatment simulation, working with clinical collaborators in order to improve patient outcome. Current projects include multi-scale modelling of tuberculosis, COVID-19 and antibiotic-resistant urinary tract infections.
