NMSM Pipeline
The Neuromuscular Modeling (NMSM) Pipeline is a tool for model-based personalized treatment design for neurologic and orthopedic movement impairments. The NMSM Pipeline is developed in Matlab using the OpenSim API.

We are excited to announce the release of NMSM Pipeline version 1.3.2. The 1.3 release includes new functionality for both the Model Personalization and Treatment Optimization toolsets, including using Ground Contact Personalization to adjust force plate electrical center values, new Treatment Optimization cost terms for controls, more advanced possibilities for user-defined functions, and new, more convenient plotting functions. This most recent patch includes a fix for saving results using prescribed coordinates with a free final time in Treatment Optimization, a compatibility change that prevents unneeded error messages on MATLAB R2024a and newer, and upgrades to plotting functions.
