Release Notes

The following files are provided: Readme.txt - instructions for installation, how to run the code and use the GUI GIAS2py36-requirements.txt - python environment requirements viewPCA.py - python script for viewing the SSM fieldvi_custom.py - custom viewer that needs to be copied to gias2/visualisation folder models folder - contain the necessary model files BoneShapeCartThickness_bone_cart_params_size - ASCII file that contains the parameters that describe the size of the bone and the of the cartilage. BoneShapeCartThickness_combined_cart - ASCII file that contains the mean coordinates of the subchondral cartilage. BoneShapeCartThickness_mean - ASCII file that contains the mean coordinates of the bone BoneShapeCartThickness_mpts_combined - ASCII file that contains the node numbers of the bone that correspond to subchondral bone. BoneShapeCartThicknessCombined_PCA_pc.pc.npz - *.npz file that contains the SSM data.
