This is an interactive model to demonstrate epithelial-mesenchymal cells transition (EMT), and how this process might be affected by hypoxic environment, EMT inhibitor drug, and apoptosis drug. This model also simulates consequences of the EMT process on angiogenesis and tumor progression.
