Use Morphometrics to automatically identify objects in images collected via multiple imaging modalities, including phase, internal fluorescence, and peripheral fluorescence. The software finds continuous, sub-pixel resolution contours of object boundaries useful when measuring shape, size, motion, and many other features across time and populations.
