This project contains a musculoskeletal model of the murine forelimb based on high-resolution imaging of mouse anatomy. The model was developed in OpenSim and OpenSim Creator. It includes muscles spanning the neck, trunk, shoulder, and
limbs based on the aforementioned anatomical data. This project also includes a suite of analysis scripts based in MATLAB and python for simulating and comparing the model output to real electomyography and kinematic examples. These files are in support of a biorxiv submission that is pending approval.
