A workflow for generating and analyzing subject-specific, muscle-actuated simulations of gait.
A workflow for generating and analyzing subject-specific simulations of gait. The workflow utilizes dynamic models created in SIMM-pipeline. Custom functions are used to scale models, conduct inverse kinematics, generate forward dynamic simulations using computed muscle control and perform induced acceleration analyses using perturbation techniques. This project is set up to facilitate collaborations between Thelen's biomechanics group at UW and the NMBL lab at Stanford.
