Our SCONE simulation code for the extended model. The package includes a README about the structure of the code (e.g. the spinal control and the cerebellum).

Results files for the simulations from our paper. The package "simulations" contains three folders for the different simulations that we did: with cerebellum, without cerebellum, and with cerebellum at a fixed adaptation rate. Each folder contains configuration, model, parameter and optimization files for the respective optimizations. The packages "motion_files_*" contains the .sto files that were generated from the best result of each simulation.

Jupyter notebooks to compute the analyzed parameters (e.g. step length symmetry,..) from the .sto files stored in simulation results, and create the figures shown in the paper.
